Smashbox O-Glow Cheek Colour Review!

While on a impromptu trip to my local Shoppers Drug Mart, I found myself in the makeup section (no surprise). As I made my rounds, I noticed a sign that said $9.99… In the Smashbox section… $9.99 FOR A FULL SIZE?! In the cart it went. So what exactly did I pick up? Well, I was asking myself the same thing when I left the store with it.

Upon further investigation, it was a blush. More specifically, a blush that transforms to compliment your skin tone! I was equal parts excited and skeptical. If you want to see how Smashbox’s “O-Glow Cheek Colour” worked on me, read on!

Elf Baked Highlighter & Blush Review

As someone who adores a good highlight, I’ve always been on the lookout for a high quality, amazing glow, drugstore product. I mean, when you highlight as frequently as I do, hitting pan on a highlighter isn’t something that will take a long time. Plus, highlight is expensive! I mean, I don’t want to sacrifice the glow because something is too expensive, or break the bank almost every two months in order to have highlighted cheekbones. I guess all I’m going to say is that I was on the hunt for a cheaper alternative to my regular highlight.

Elf always has great products, so I was more than excited when I saw some of their highlighters at Walmart! I just had to pick one up to try it because of the reviews that I have heard. I mean, it’s possible that I found the “cheaper alternative to my regular highlight,” right?

Essence Superfine Eyeliner Review

Black eyeliner has made its place in my everyday makeup routine. As someone who is an avid cat eye wearer, I’m always on the hunt for the most life changing eyeliner In my journey to find the best eyeliner, I’ve had good and bad experiences with high end and drugstore eyeliners alike.

While browsing through the makeup section of my grocery store, I came across a selection of eyeliner that was all below $5! I was amazed to say the least. After swatching as well as investigating the applicators, I finally decided on purchasing the Superfine Eyeliner Pen!

I used the eyeliner in the morning and saw how it wore throughout the day as well as how the removal was. Read further if you’re interested in what my experience was!

Pixi Mist Review

This month, Pixi finally arrived in stores around my city. I was walking through the store and I saw a stand with Pixi products… I could not contain my excitement! Of course, I had to pick up a few products to try (because why wouldn’t I?). I am definitely looking forward to trying the other mists that Pixi has, and even their other skincare items!

This month, I tried out 2 of Pixi’s facial mists: The Hydrating Milky Mist and the Makeup Fixing Mist. I decided to wait to create this post because I wanted to give my skin and the products time to adjust in order for me to see the full effects and how well they worked.

What would you do with $80?

Finding a few coins on the ground is a regular occurrence. We’ve all discovered coins abandoned in public areas. Typically, the change doesn’t amount to much and I end up saving it in my piggy bank. Finding a few coins on the ground is second nature that you pick up the coins and stow them away without a second thought. I mean, you never really expect to find a huge amount of money just laying there. Honestly, I’m pretty satisfied when I find a dollar or two. That being said, you can probably imagine what went through my head when I found $80 on the ground.
